I’m an operations-first Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Bookkeeper with 15+ years of experience helping leaders and small businesses run cleaner, calmer, and more profitable day-to-day operations. I blend high-level executive support with hands-on financial and process management—so the calendar is under control, the books are accurate, the deadlines are met, and the business can actually breathe.
Through my company Assist Me Now (AssistMeNow.Net), I support entrepreneurs, startups, and busy professionals with bookkeeping (QuickBooks), payroll, A/R & A/P, reconciliations, reporting, admin systems, and workflow setup—plus event coordination and travel logistics when life gets “executive-level” hectic. I’m also an Active Maryland Notary Public, and I’m known for being the person who brings order, clarity, and follow-through when everything feels urgent.
My background includes work in government and defense-adjacent environments supporting DoD/DoN program offices (previous Secret Security Clearance), along with corporate and nonprofit support—so I’m comfortable with compliance, documentation, and high-stakes accuracy.
I’ve also led in the community as a campaign manager and as a board member/treasurer, because good systems aren’t just for businesses—they’re how missions move.
